How do I know which Trailer is right for my event?

That's easy, by answering a couple questions  like how many guests you are expecting, we can provide you with the perfect trailer for your event! Our Trailers are more comfortable and cleaner than the traditional Porta Potty.

What things do I need to know when reserving a portable toilet trailer?

Our trailers require a water and power source, and to be within 100ft of both. We can go a little further on water, but not power. We will provide both the power cord and water hoses needed. A water spigot and normal 3 prong power outlet is all that is needed to get our restroom trailer up and running. 

What if I don't have water or power available at my event location?

Not a problem! We have our quiet and discreet Honda EU3000i generators that can power our restroom trailer during your event for an additional fee. We can also provide water service at an additional cost as well. 

How much will this cost me and what is your payment policy?

The cost will be determined by your event needs in relation to location, logistics, special needs/requests, additional equipment rentals, and such. We accept payment by check or all major credit cards. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to confirm your reservation and require a credit card to be kept on file.  Any refunds given will be determined at VIP Rentals sole discretion. There is a four percent charge on all credit card transactions.

How can I prepare for my restroom trailer delivery?

Don't worry, we've got you covered! We will provide you with all paper goods including additional supplies so you don't run out.

Please ensure access to your event location is clear of low hanging branches, power lines, etc. Our trailers need an approximate clearance of 12ft high and 10ft wide. We do site inspections for all new locations where we have not delivered to in the past to ensure accessibility .
